Trainee Nurses Program

This is a training program for BSc Nursing graduates and practicing nurses to become Registered Nurses in the UK within one year. We help all aspiring candidates achieve the requisite IELTS score.

If you have a band score of 6.5 for IELTS, we mentor you to successfully do your Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) also help you obtain the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN, which is mandatory to become a Registered Nurse in the UK.

Recruit trainee nurses who will work a minimum of 4 years after certification.
All Oromah candidates are contracted for a 4-year period after their certification as Registered Nurses.
If a trainee does not obtain his/her PIN within 1-year, we will replace them for you
Pay a flat rate per hour to all Registered Nurses for the contracted 4-year period.
Mandatory Home Office compliance checks and audits are done free of cost for all our clients subject to signing an exclusivity contract.
